The location of Nový Opatov is truly unique. The project is being built directly on metro line C, with enough space for an entirely new urban centre. As a result, the vast majority of services will be available on foot.
In three different directions you can take a bike ride to the nearby nature parks of Milíčovský háj, Kunratický les or the Hostivař reservoir.
Just a few minutes away you will find the vast Westfield Chodov shopping centre, and when travelling by car, the nearby D1 motorway connects you in minutes to the Prague ring road or Jižní spojka. The airport and the route to Brno are also within easy reach.

The Nový Opatov district
Around the existing Opatov metro station a new district is taking shape — including a 3,000 m² square that will become a natural meeting place, plus a relaxation park the size of Karlovo náměstí.
A whole urban district will rise here with full amenities — cafés, restaurants, services, offices and shops.
Part of the transformation is the revitalisation of Opatov metro station and the entire Chilská street, including a planned tram line and safer space for pedestrians and cyclists.
